Troubleshoot sync and search.
Most sync and search issues come from iCloud settings, indexing delays, or using the wrong search mode for the query.
Sync Checklist
- Confirm all devices use the same Apple ID.
- Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled.
- Confirm LogPad has permission to use iCloud.
- Open LogPad on Wi-Fi and leave it open briefly.
Search Tips
- Use exact search for a word, phrase, tag, or mention you remember.
- Use best match when you remember the idea but not the exact wording.
- Use Smart Folders for searches you repeat often.
- If indexing is still building, keep the app open until it completes.
