Before Contacting Support

  1. Update PencilTime and iOS to the latest available versions.
  2. Restart the device if drawing, export, or navigation behaves unexpectedly.
  3. Check iCloud and calendar permissions in iOS Settings.
  4. Confirm available device and iCloud storage.
  5. Note the exact page, date, or feature where the issue appears.

Missing Drawings or Notes

Do not delete the app as a first step. Check iCloud settings and contact support with the device model, iOS version, and the last time the content appeared.
