Before Contacting Support
- Update PencilTime and iOS to the latest available versions.
- Restart the device if drawing, export, or navigation behaves unexpectedly.
- Check iCloud and calendar permissions in iOS Settings.
- Confirm available device and iCloud storage.
- Note the exact page, date, or feature where the issue appears.
Missing Drawings or Notes
Do not delete the app as a first step. Check iCloud settings and contact support with the device model, iOS version, and the last time the content appeared.
