- Whether discovery or manual IP connection was used.
- Whether the TV showed a permission prompt.
- What action failed, such as discovery, pairing, channel change, or preset load.
Before Sending
Restart the app, confirm both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, and try the connection again. Then email logs and details to support@semore-software.com.
