Quick Checks

  1. Confirm the TV and iPhone or iPad are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Confirm the TV is powered on and network-connected.
  3. Disable guest network isolation or AP isolation if enabled.
  4. Try manual IP connection if discovery fails.
  5. Restart the TV, router, and app if pairing fails repeatedly.
